At Ambush Offshore we are able to cater to your particular needs. Just let us know ahead of time. We do individual charters, corporate charters, bachelor & bachelorette charters, multi-boat charters, and specialty trips. We have experience with anglers of all ages and love to introduce kids to the thrill of their first sportfishing trip.

We fish year round with the following price schedule effective for 2008:

5 Hr Trips (by request only) $1100

“Inshore” Trips                                                              $1600
(less than 35 miles offshore and approx 8 hrs)

“Offshore” Trips                                                            $1900
(more than 35 miles offshore and approx 10-12 hrs)

“Billfish” Trips                                                               $2000
(trolling specifically for billfish and approx 12+ hrs)

“Overnight” Trips $4000
(the boat is fully equipped for an overnighter and
the catch possibilities are basically unlimited)

All Prices are Based on 1-6 Anglers

Due to the high cost of fuel and the uncertainty of what price will be in effect by the end of this season the Ambush team would like you to realize that there may be a fuel surcharge on the day of your trip. We are hoping to avoid this situation but it is a definite possibility. We will begin surcharges if the cost of fuel reaches $4.50/gallon.

The surcharge rates will be payable on the morning of your trip based on that days fuel rate at Deep Sea Headquarters as follows:

$4.50/gal = $100
$4.75/gal = $150
$5.00/gal = $200
$5.25/gal = $250
Etc, in increments of $0.25/gal @ $50.

We apologize for these additional charges but see no other way to continue to provide quality, fish producing trips. For your booking convenience, we will soon be taking credit card payments for deposits, charter fees and fuel surcharges if they become necessary.

If you have more than six anglers and need an additional boat, Ambush works closely with several reputable captains here in Port Aransas. We would be happy to set you up with any of these qualified sportsmen.
